2. Services Provided
Our Platform allows:

- Access to educational guidance and consultation services.
- Information about courses, institutes, and educational opportunities.
We act as an educational consulting service providing guidance and recommendations. We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution or the accuracy of all course information provided by external institutions.
3. Student Portal & Information Submission
- Students may submit their academic qualifications through our Student Portal for course recommendations.
- All information provided must be accurate and truthful.
- We reserve the right to verify submitted information and may request supporting documentation.
- Submitted information will be used to provide personalized educational guidance and recommendations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent academic information or qualifications.
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
- Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to bypass, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's security features.
- Use our services to apply for courses or programs that you are not eligible for.
5. Educational Consulting Services
- Our consultants provide guidance based on submitted academic information and available course data.
- Recommendations are advisory in nature and do not guarantee admission or acceptance to any educational institution.
- Students are responsible for verifying all course information, entry requirements, and application procedures with the respective institutions.
- We are not responsible for changes in course offerings, requirements, or fees made by educational institutions.
6. Student Obligations
- Students must ensure that all information provided in their submissions is accurate and truthful.
- Students must not misrepresent their academic qualifications, examination results, or other credentials.
- Students are responsible for following up on recommendations and communicating with educational institutions directly.
7. Fees & Payments
- Basic course recommendations through our Student Portal are provided free of charge.
- Premium consulting services may be subject to fees, which will be disclosed before payment.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
Sri Lanka's data collection and processing are primarily governed by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), No. 9 of 2022. Raven Education Consultants is committed to aligning with the PDPA to safeguard personal data to the best of our ability.
We collect and process student academic information to provide educational consulting services. This includes:

Raven Education Consultants makes every effort to protect student details and academic information. However, due to unavoidable circumstances, a data breach may occur. If such a breach ever happens, students and parents agree not to hold Raven Education Consultants responsible. - We are not responsible for changes in admission requirements, course content, or fees by educational institutions.

12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.
